Price, Shipping & Delivery

  • All prices on Our Platform are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
  • A quote issued to a User by the Firm is valid for the period specified on the quote. If no period is specified the quote will be deemed to be valid for a period of fifteen (15) days.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, ROSHA must receive payment for the order of Products before they are delivered / released by KRIDHA.
  • KRIDHA will provide a tax invoice in accordance with the law.
  • If a delivery date or time is specified by KRIDHA in an invoice, this is an estimate and is not a guarantee by KRIDHA that the Products will be delivered by that date or time.
  • KRIDHA has the right to use whatever shipping method they choose to deliver the Products.
  • KRIDHA is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of Products delivered to the User that are left unattended at the delivery address.
  • The cost of delivery of the Products will be notified by KRIDHA and must be paid by the User.
  • It is understood by You that property and title in the Products supplied by KRIDHA to You under these Terms does not pass to You until the invoice raised by KRIDHA for those Products has been paid by You in full.
  • Delivery will be processed within 2 to 4 business working days.
